Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Products may be available exclusively through this website. These products may only be available in limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns Policy.

We make all reasonable efforts to display colours and images of products accurately on the site.  Please note that colours may vary, depending on the calibration and setting of different screens.

We reserve the right to limit the sales or quantities of our products to any person or country at our discretion and to exercise that right on a case-by-case basis.  Descriptions, prices quantities and availability of products are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products displayed on the site, or purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors will be corrected.

PROMOTIONS

From time to time, we offer our customers rewards for continuing their loyalty to the Ten Boutique. An example of this is promotional codes, which may be shared via email or on social media.

All promotional codes are subject to individual Terms & Conditions. Any items purchased with a promotional code will be refunded at the cost for which they were paid. 
 

PAYMENTS

Transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered. Once your order has been placed we will email you to confirm your order details. This email will only constitute acknowledgment of your order, not acceptance  of it. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will exist until your payment has been approved. Any items not included in the dispatch confirmation are not part of the contract.By placing an order through our site, you confirm that the payment and despatch details that you have provided are legal, valid and correct.

Credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by their card issuer. If we are unable to authorise payment for the order for any reason, you will be notified of this at the check-out stage, or shortly after placing your order. 
 

DELIVERY AND RIGHTS

We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time frames; delays are however occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors beyond our control. We shall be under no liability for any such delays or failure to deliver the products within estimated time frames.
In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us with 28 days of placing your order to organise your return. We will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on receipt.
